Whilst we feel a bamboo/cotton mix currently provides the best performance and comfort for towels and bathrobes, we are hoping to also offer 100% bamboo fibre towels by early autumn. It is important to emphasise that these will not be the same as 100% bamboo viscose towels that are currently available.
These natural fibre towels and robes will be the ultimate in luxury. They will be made of bast fibres, (often called skin fibres) which are very strong, extracted from the inner skin of the bamboo.
Obtaining natural bast fibres, processed naturally with enzymes, is an expensive process and this will make them more expensive to buy. However we believe you will not be able to purchase a more exclusive or eco friendly towel anywhere. They feel like silk, are antibacterial, and we believe, perform better than any cotton towel you can buy.

Care instructions for bamboo towels.
None of our towels or robes have been subjected to any wet processes prior to dispatch, it is therefore important that they are laundered before use at 40 degrees (delicate wash).
Prior to the first laundering please handle your new towels or robes with care to prevent snagging. Washing binds and tightens the loops to the fabric making your items ready to use.
We do not recommend the use of fabric softeners as they coat the ends of the fibres and over time will reduce absorbency and performance.
Tumble dry if desired at a low to medium heat setting.
