At the moment we only deliver to UK mainland addresses. Our delivery charges are as follows: -

	All orders to the value of £50.00 and above will be delivered FREE of charge.
	All orders up to the value of £49.99 will incur a small delivery charge of £2.95
	All orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post or Royal Mail Standard Parcel Delivery.

Delivery:

	Our aim is for all orders to be processed and on their way to you within 48 hours from receipt of order. This is of course subject to stock availability. We will contact you if for any reason there is a delay in processing your order.
	If you require a Next Day Delivery Service please contact us for details. For this service there will be additional costs and we do need to receive your order by 1.00 pm Mon-Fri to dispatch the same day.

DEGRADABLE MAILBAGS

Our mailbags are environmentally friendly. They are made from 95% recycled films and contain biothene. Once exposed to light and heat the bag begins the 100% degradation process. They are manufactured in the UK and are completely waterproof to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

If your order has been sent in a box/carton the packaging is fully recyclable.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with the service and products you receive from us. If for any reason you are not – please return the item/s to us along with the returns slip.

All we ask is that you return any unwanted items to us within 21 days of the invoice date. If you wish to exchange an item your order will be sent without incurring any further delivery charges.

Items returned for refund will be refunded less any delivery charges.

We will not offer an exchange or refund on any items that have been worn, unless faulty. Please ensure any tags remain attached to the product.
